About me

Feeling like you’re carrying the weight of it all? As women and mothers, we often juggle endless to-do lists, emotional labor, and the invisible “mental load” that keeps everything running yet leaves little room for ourselves. You might be feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or guilty for not doing “enough,” even when you’re giving your all. I work with women who are ready to release the constant pressure to manage it all and reconnect with themselves again. Together, we’ll explore what balance, peace, and fulfillment actually look like for you. My goal is to help you feel grounded, capable, and more like yourself again. My therapeutic style is integrative, blending elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques. I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs, whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma or life transitions. We’ll work to better understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a safe space. When we’re able to see things from a different perspective, it helps us find a better solution to the problem. I’m not someone who is going to tell you what to do, but someone who will help you problem solve and find what works best for you. I want to work with you and help you become a better and happier you!

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first counseling session is a chance for me to get to know each other and for you to share what’s bringing you in. We’ll talk about your goals, what you hope to gain from therapy, and any questions or concerns you may have. There’s no pressure to have it all figured out and this is simply a safe space to start the process. By the end of the session, we’ll begin to outline a plan together for moving forward.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am a mom and love to work with other mothers who are struggling with being a mom, postpartum issues or even those having relationship problems. I have extensive experience working with military members, both active duty and reservists. I’m able to explore positive coping skills to help minimize stressors.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I’m passionate about supporting women and mothers who feel overwhelmed, constantly stretched thin, or like they’re never doing enough. You don’t have to carry it all on your own. Together, we’ll work toward finding balance, comfort, and a sense of peace even in the middle of life’s chaos.
