I have worked in the mental health field for over 15 years, and I spent the last five years working as a professional counselor with children, adolescents, young adults, middle aged adults, older adults, couples and families on a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, grief,, social anxiety, eating disorders, career counseling, parenting, relationship issues/poor communication, etc.
