My name is Annaliese and I am a seasoned clinician with over 11 years of experience helping adults with their mental health goals. I have an extensive history treating individuals with depression, anxiety, trauma histories, mood disorders and other life challenges. I utilize a compassionate and holistic approach with my clients while also challenging them to consider other perspectives. The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I especially enjoy helping patients struggling with Major Depressive Disorder or relationship challenges. I like to consider a whole mind body approach to my work with patients as I feel the mind and how we feel physically are strongly interconnected.
