I am a licensed clinical social work board approved supervisor in the state of Texas. Originally from the evergreen state, Seattle Washington. I graduated top of my class from the university of Washington school of social work, advanced standing program. Endorsed by child welfare training and advancement program (CWTAP) my primary concentration was in children youth and families. After relocating to Houston Texas I began my journey into mental health. I create a safe and nurturing environment where you can explore your inner self, confront challenges, and cultivate resilience. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session we will take some time for introductions as well as gather a little background information regarding your previous experience or knowledge regarding therapy. I explore your expectations as well as desired outcomes. From there we will explore in details specific challenges or areas of growth in order to formulate a plan for care.

I view a person in their environment which allows me to view take a holistic approach to their treatment planning. I believe in taking a client-centered strength-based approach to building rapport and developing a therapeutic alliance with my clients. I believe in individualized treatment planning that is specific to the unique needs of each client; i do not believe in cookie cutter therapy. I approach each client with an open mind that allows me to see them and their needs clearly so we are able to develop an approach to treatment that is specific to who they are as well as where they are on their healing journey. I have over 15 years of experience fighting social injustice and advocating for diverse populations as well as underserved communities. My years of professional experience utilizing cognitive behavioral techniques along with my personal experience and extensive knowledge of metaphysical sciences has provided me with a unique ability to conceptualize individual paths while also formulating interventions and treatment planning that is unique to individual needs and holistic by nature. I provide spiritual counseling, with a focus on self-love, that incorporates energy healing techniques designed to fully align one to their true authentic self in order to recognize and fulfill their life's purpose and/or desired reality.
