I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist who had been seeing Clt for over 10 years for individual, couples and family issues. I've got my education from Pepperdine University. I enjoy working on helping you to achieve your goals in life, decrease your stress and improve your self-esteem. I've been very successful in helping Clts to eliminate their feelings of depression, anxiety, fears, uncertainties related to struggles in the relationships and also helping families to have significantly better understanding of each other.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In the first session we'll get to know each other better to see if we're a best fit for each other. Also, in the first session, I want to make sure that my Clts feel comfortable and safe to discuss their issues and problems and is able to talk about their problems freely.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I'm very companionate person and my goal is to make my Clts feel like they can trust me and feel comfortable around me to talk about anything and get a positive feedback and see positive changes in their lives.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with diverse population and help individuals to gain back their strength and help them to deal with different stressors as well as rebuilding couple's relationships and improving family dynamics.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I believe that our thoughts and our actions are related to each other. When you treat your mind, you'll change the ways you behave. When you change your behavior, you start feeling better. This leads to positive changes and improvements in your life.
