In our first session together, we will explore reasons for you seeking support, as well as, any other relevant information that will help us develop a path to your goals. We will discuss what is important to you and how we can best fit therapy into your current life/schedule. We will discuss specific goals and potential ways to attain them. I will meet you with kindness, compassion and humor so you can overcome obstacles and habits that may be getting in the way of you being the person you want to be.

I enjoy working with individuals to manage emotional challenges of trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship issues, communication and conflicts in relationships, adult ADHD, self-esteem issues, work issues, women's issues/ perimenopause and menopause, behavioral approach to weight loss, life transitions and adjustment to change. I have worked with individuals and families for over 10 years (inpatient/outpatient).
