About me

“You don’t have to figure everything out alone — I’m here to help make the tough stuff feel a little lighter.” Hi! I’m a therapist who works with teens, young adults, and parents who support them. I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, low self-esteem. My goal is to create a comfortable, judgment-free space where you can talk openly, feel supported, and start to make meaningful changes. I genuinely enjoy this work. Whether I’m helping a teen make sense of overwhelming feelings or supporting a young adult through a major life shift, I walk alongside you at your own pace. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back, build practical tools, and help you move toward confidence, clarity, and emotional well-being.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I’ve been using CBT in my practice for the past five years. This treatment method has helped dozens of clients challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their anxiety. Together, we will use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

Using this approach, we will work on regulating and managing your emotions.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

Using this approach, we will work on staying focused on the present moment and accept thoughts and feelings without judgment or guilt.
