“You don’t have to figure everything out alone — I’m here to help make the tough stuff feel a little lighter.” Hi! I’m a therapist who works with teens, young adults, and parents who support them. I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, low self-esteem. My goal is to create a comfortable, judgment-free space where you can talk openly, feel supported, and start to make meaningful changes. I genuinely enjoy this work. Whether I’m helping a teen make sense of overwhelming feelings or supporting a young adult through a major life shift, I walk alongside you at your own pace. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back, build practical tools, and help you move toward confidence, clarity, and emotional well-being.
Our sessions are relaxed and conversational, and the first session will be about getting to know you and what your goals are for therapy.
I’m passionate about helping people understand themselves, build confidence, and feel more grounded in who they are. Watching clients grow, heal, and step into their strengths is truly the best part of this work. If you’re ready to talk to someone who’s on your side and genuinely wants to help you feel better, I’d be honored to support you.
My clients are: • Teens (12–17) • Young adults (18–25+) • Parents seeking support or guidance • College students Dealing with : • Adjustment difficulties • School stress • Parent–child communication • Social anxiety • Overthinking and rumination • Motivation challenges • Relationship struggles • Burnout
I’ve been using CBT in my practice for the past five years. This treatment method has helped dozens of clients challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their anxiety. Together, we will use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life
Using this approach, we will work on regulating and managing your emotions.
Using this approach, we will work on staying focused on the present moment and accept thoughts and feelings without judgment or guilt.
