I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) providing therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, chronic stress, attachment issues, relationship challenges, family conflict, anger management concerns, and major life transitions. I work with clients facing emotional overwhelm, trauma-related symptoms, and long-standing patterns that affect daily functioning, work, and relationships. I use solution-focused therapy (SFT), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and other evidence-based approaches to help clients build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, process trauma, and strengthen communication and relationships. My approach is client-centered, goal-oriented, and supportive, with an emphasis on consistent care, symptom reduction, resilience, and long-term emotional and mental well-being.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In your first therapy session, we will focus on what brings you to therapy and your goals for counseling. You will have a supportive space to discuss concerns related to anxiety, stress, depression, relationship issues, trauma, or life transitions. We will identify your strengths and begin creating a clear treatment plan to help you manage emotional distress, improve coping skills, and support your mental health. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling supported, hopeful, and confident about next steps in therapy.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My greatest strengths include providing supportive, results focused therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. I use a collaborative, trauma informed approach to help clients build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and create lasting positive change.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
My ideal clients are adults seeking therapy for anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, relationship issues, or major life transitions. I work best with individuals who are motivated to better understand their emotions, build coping skills, and create healthier patterns in their mental health and relationships.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
In my practice, I apply Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to help clients identify and build on their existing strengths and resources. By focusing on solutions, I guide clients to envision a positive future and take small, actionable steps toward it. Through open-ended questions, I foster hope, self-efficacy, and motivation, empowering clients to feel in control of their healing process. My goal is to create a supportive, collaborative environment where clients can thrive by focusing on their strengths and progress.
