With nearly 15 years of professional experience, I am committed to helping others find ways to be their best. I want you to be successful. Because of that, I work hard to find out where you're stuck in life and how to get you to feel better. I am licensed in Colorado and Texas. I graduated from Adams State College in Colorado where I enjoyed living in the San Luis Valley, taking day hikes on the weekends and taking in the majestic mountain views. I divide my time between Texas and California, working remote and spending time with my family.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

This initial session is a "getting to know you" session. I will ask you what brings you here, what you would like to work on and create a plan together to help you reach your goals. You will be able to ask me questions, share any concerns, etc. I am always open to feedback. I want you to have the best experience possible!

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am often told how I am very easy to talk to and I am very personable. I love people!

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love working with people who are getting ready to make changes in their lives. Whether it's a career change, a life transition, a relationship goal or contemplating your life's direction, I'm ready to help. Sometimes you already know the direction you want to go but maybe you just need more skills to get you there. That's how I can help you. Let's get started!

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

When we change our thoughts, we can change our actions. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy teaches us to pay attention to the thoughts we have before we engage in a behavior/action. By improving our own perspective on how we think and feel, we can improve our responses to life's events around us.

Motivational Interviewing

What motivates you? Finding out where your drive is, what makes you "tick", is important in making lasting change in your life. When we find out where your motivations lie, we can help build connection for you to live your very best life.
