My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

As a Licensed Clinician, I have utilized Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in my practice for several years. While this is not the only treatment modality that is exclusively used in my practice, however it is widely used and has helped numerous clients challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their anxiety. During your treatment, we will use CBT to help you recognize how your feelings, thoughts, and behaviors influence each other. You will then learn how to utilize that knowledge in changing your thinking patterns which will help you cultivate a less anxious and stressed life.
