Dana Sebastian
Welcome! My name is Dana Sebastian and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of California and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida. I believe that emotional and psychological health are important to your quality of life and that prioritizing these areas is easier said than done! I specialize in anxiety related disorders and and have a broad array of experience including treating substance use disorders, mood disorders, and psychotic disorders.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In the first session I will want to get to know about who you are and what it is you are looking for in therapy. It is important for me to create a wam and safe environment for treatment. I will help you create therapeutic goals that fit your needs with the understanding that goals may change as we become more familiar with one another. I am always open to feedback with the goal of helping you become the healthiest version of yourself.

I really take pride in my ability to build relationships with each unique client and tailor treatment to each person's individual needs. I really enjoy learning what each person's personal goals are and find joy in client's meeting their own identified goals.
