My style is explorational, affirmative and always respectful of where you’ve come from and the goals you’d like to meet in the coming days. We’ll explore your personal myth—the one you’ve developed in your life experiences--and seek to add understanding and self-compassion. I am a Board-Certified Fellow in the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress licensed in Massachusetts and Florida, and I have earned two Masters degrees--my second Masters is in Counseling Psychology.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

We'll get to know each other and see if we're a good fit. We'll work together to get a sense of the people and places in your life and the reasons you're looking to therapy as an aid to better understanding.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I listen, and I give clients the time and the space to develop their thoughts and speak them in a way that not only gets their message across but also respects the journey they've been on. They can count on my respect and patience.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

We’ll explore your personal myth—the one you’ve developed in your life experiences--and seek to add understanding and self-compassion. If you would like to know more about your depression, anxiety, traumatic events or other issues, let’s see if we are a good fit for each other. Whatever you choose, I wish you the best in your life.
