My style is explorational, affirmative and always respectful of where you’ve come from and the goals you’d like to meet in the coming days. We’ll explore your life experiences--and seek to add understanding and self-compassion. I am a Board-Certified Fellow in the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress licensed in Massachusetts and Florida, and I have earned two Masters degrees--my second Masters is in Counseling Psychology.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
We'll get to know each other and see if we're a good fit. We'll work together to get a sense of the people and places in your life and the reasons you're looking to therapy as an aid to better understanding.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I listen, and I give clients the time and the space to develop their thoughts and speak them in a way that not only gets their message across but also respects the journey they've been on. They can count on my respect and patience.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
If you would like to know more about your depression, anxiety, traumatic events or other issues such as Imposter Syndrome, let’s see if we are a good fit for each other. Whatever you choose, I wish you the best in your life.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I've been using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy successfully with a variety of issues that people are concerned about such as depression, anxiety, relationships and more.
Trauma-Focused CBT
I am a Board Certified Fellow in the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress with over two decades of experience working with people who report traumatic experiences and PTSD.

This exceeded my admittedly low expectations for an intake appointment by far. So happy I gave it a shot.
