In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I aim to provide a nurturing, friendly, compassionate and energetic approach to connect with my clients and create a healthy therapeutic relationship. I strive to help my clients find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their family and personal relationships so they can feel healthy, whole, and safe. Therapy is not an easy process, but I can assure you I will walk alongside with you.

The treatment methods and tools I utilize

I have been trained in a range of research based practices including Seeking Safety and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I like to balance my practice through use of techniques from a variety of theorists, cognitive, and solution focused techniques to help my clients improve their overall quality of life.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Aligning with my clients, providing support, unconditional positive regard, and guidance through some of life's biggest challenges. I am open and transparent with my clients, and truly walk alongside them. I tailor treatment to meet each clients individual needs and seek feedback and collaboration from my clients.
