About me

My approach is genuine, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I believe that with the right support, anyone can create meaningful change, find relief, and start living in a way that feels true to who they are. I bring professionalism and ethics to my work, but also humor, warmth, and authenticity. In my practice, I work with people from all walks of life—men and women navigating stress, identity, or life transitions; adults exploring ADHD or neurodivergence; students and professionals managing burnout; creatives and athletes facing performance pressure; and individuals processing grief, including the loss of beloved pets. I also support teachers, parents, and anyone in seasons of change—whether stepping into adulthood, redefining purpose in midlife, or rebuilding after loss.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, my goal is to create a safe and comfortable space where you can begin sharing what brought you to therapy. We’ll spend time getting to know each other, exploring your story, and identifying what matters most to you right now. I’ll ask questions to better understand your background, challenges, and goals, but there’s no pressure—you can share at your own pace. Together, we’ll start outlining what you hope to gain from therapy and how I can best support you. By the end of our first meeting, you’ll have a clearer sense of what our work together will look like and how we can begin moving toward the changes you want.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I combine warmth, humor, and genuine care with practical strategies that fit each person’s unique needs. I don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach—our work is collaborative, flexible, and focused on your goals. Whether you’re facing stress, overthinking, ADHD, grief, or major transitions, I create a space where you feel understood and supported while also being challenged to grow. My greatest strength is helping people feel both safe and empowered to make lasting, meaningful changes in their lives.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients are people navigating transitions, pressures, and roles that often leave them feeling unseen, overextended, or stuck. Many are students and professionals balancing high expectations with self-doubt, or teachers and medical trainees facing burnout and identity challenges. I work with men seeking a safe, judgment-free space to process stress, relationships, and identity, and with adults exploring ADHD or overthinking who want strategies that fit their unique brains. I also support creatives and athletes managing performance pressure, and individuals experiencing grief and loss—including the profound bonds we share with pets. What they share is a desire to feel understood, reduce overwhelm, and reconnect with a sense of purpose. They want clarity in relationships, balance in daily life, and confidence in who they are becoming. Together, we create space for growth, relief, and building a life that feels authentic, meaningful, and fulfilling.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use a practical, goal-oriented approach that focuses on the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and actions. Together, we’ll look at patterns that may be keeping you stuck—like overthinking, negative self-talk, or avoidance—and practice strategies to shift them. This often includes simple tools and exercises you can use between sessions, so progress continues outside of therapy. My goal is to make this work feel approachable and tailored to your needs, giving you both insight into why challenges show up and concrete steps to move forward with more clarity and confidence.
