About me

Hi, my name is Natasha and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Connecticut with six years of experience in the mental health field. I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Connecticut and have supported several individuals and families, primarily in the Greater Hartford area, within various settings such as schools, residential programs, crisis departments and outpatient.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session, also known as an intake session, I will gather essential background information about you. For example, your presenting concerns, personal history, medical and psychiatric history, etc. I will also collaborate with you to develop goals that align with your needs and values, which will guide the therapeutic process. We will also determine a schedule for your sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I welcome clients to come as they are and share freely. Alongside mental wellbeing, I also encourage attention to other aspects of wellness such as physical, emotional, and social, to increase the likelihood of positive mental health outcomes.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

While I address several concerns, most of my experience involves supporting clients with depression, ADHD, grief, trauma/PTSD, family conflict, and school-related challenges. I provide individual and family therapy to clients age 12 and older.
