Hello! I'm a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor based in Chicago. I have a Masters in Counseling Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I've been practicing for 5 years helping people improve their lives through mindful change and a supportive voice. Our first session will be a lot of understanding where you're at and getting to know you as well as what you've come to therapy for. Building our connection so that we are confident in working together.

I connect with the client on their level. We create a working relationship that helps them feel supported and seen and cared for.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I am best when working with adolescents or young adults within the LGBTQ+ community. My clients are usually uncertain how to move forward and we work together to come up with solutions and coping strategies that focus their strengths to face it head on.
