In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, you can expect us to explore what is going on right now. What led you to reach out for help? We will identify some of the key concerns, aspects of foundation or stability that you would like to work on, and the first steps to moving forward. This will be a laid back time for me to get to know you and to begin developing a foundation that you can trust in the counseling relationship moving forward.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My first and greatest strength as a therapist is that I do not believe in a lost cause - no matter how many times you have tried to improve the situation you are struggling in right now, there is a way through and I can help you find it and see the first steps forward. I utilize a biblical foundation while identifying and incorporating a variety of tools and techniques that are specifically suited to you as an individual.
