There you are! Hey, I'm Frank and I've been practicing for about 9yrs. In my time, i have worked with children ages 7+ in family and individual therapy focused on things like anxiety, depression, PTSD, family issues, romantic and peer relationship issues, and even career stuff. I have also applied therapy skills in other careers myself and bring a diverse but you-centered perspective on what you're going through and how we can start to untangle it all.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first few sessions are us getting to know each other, me trying but forgetting much of your friends and families' names, and writing down your pets' names. It might feel a bit awkward but that's totally ok and even expected! Don't sweat it, swear as much as your comfortable, and let me know what you're going through so I'm better equipped to help you through it.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strengths are I have no weaknesses. Just kidding–I like to think therapy can actually be a bit fun. You're no doubt dealing with a lot and trying to manage it all but I want you to feel comfortable coming in. I think that makes things a bit more energized resulting in a bit more focus on goals.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

Maybe you've tried therapy in the past, maybe you're new to all of this and don't know what to make of it, and maybe you are just a bit at your wit's end. I have worked with people in all stages and understand that regardless of which one you're in, this is still a big thing to start focusing on your mental health! It's a great step and I would love to help you explore how making this step will start to make the other steps feel more manageable.
