I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with four years of clinical experience supporting both young and older adults on their mental health journeys. I earned my Master’s degree from the University of Tennessee and am licensed to practice in Georgia, Tennessee, Illinois, Pennsylvania, and Kansas. I’m passionate about helping clients break unhelpful cycles, manage mood changes, set healthy boundaries, and improve their overall sense of well-being. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change is possible when you feel supported, understood, and empowered. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore challenges, build insight, and develop practical tools to navigate life with greater confidence and balance. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready to invest in your mental health, I’m honored to walk alongside you in the process.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions and discuss background information. We’ll then identify your concerns, explore what’s getting in the way of feeling better, and develop a plan that feels achievable and tailored to you. Most of my clients begin to notice a decrease in their symptoms within the first few weeks, and together, we work toward lasting progress and stability.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My greatest strength as a therapist is my ability to connect to my clients. I cultivate an environment of healing, freedom, and laughter and employ an array of treatment modalities to enable my clients to achieve their desired outcome.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I enjoy working with clients who have a desire to change, but don't know where to start.

I utilize CBT to assist clients in learning how to manage and improve their mood. Solution Focused Brief Treatment
This treatment modality is short term and goal oriented. I utilize this approach to helps clients overcome difficulties by focusing on a solution to their problem instead of the actual problem. I partner with clients to enable them to identity their strengths and resources to overcome challenges they are experiencing.
Psychoeducation
This therapeutic intervention is utilized to provide information and support to help people understand and cope with mental health conditions.
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
ACT is a mindfulness-based approach utilized for a variety of issues. I utilize ACT to assist my clients in accepting their thoughts and feelings without judgment to process difficult emotions.
