With nearly two decades of experience in my practice, I employ an eclectic approach tailored to meet diverse client needs. As an active researcher in the mental health field, I have authored numerous first-author publications in the expressive arts. My current research focuses on new and emerging tools for the treatment of anxiety. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, and I am dedicated to delivering the most effective and innovative services to support your mental health and well-being.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session often involves gathering information about your history and presenting issues. Then, we talk about your interests and a little bit about who you are. From that point, therapy builds momentum and there may be homework, tools, and field assignments issued to help you manage your conditions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

With nearly twenty years in practice, I’ve sat through thousands of sessions, helping people work through challenges that led to lasting changes. I'm very easy to talk to.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with clients who are committed to real change through concrete tools—not just conversation. They’re also motivated to practice outside of session and are open to creative, practical strategies that translate into everyday life. They value just enough guidance to help them arrive at their own solutions and are ready to accept change rather than resist it. They come prepared to do the work, often tracking topics in a journal or app prior sessions in order to stay focused, productive, and efficient.
