I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 13 years of experience. I am dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate life’s challenges and build healthier, more fulfilling lives. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anger management difficulties, behavioral concerns, trauma, school-related issues, and self-esteem challenges. I enjoy helping others better understand their emotions, manage challenges, and feel more confident in their day-to-day lives. My approach is compassionate, client-centered, and tailored to meet each individual’s unique needs. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful changes. Whether working with a child struggling in school, a teen managing overwhelming emotions, or an adult working through past trauma, I focus on building practical skills that promote emotional regulation, resilience, and confidence. I utilize evidence-based strategies such as cognitive-behavioral techniques, trauma-informed care, and social-emotional skill building to help clients better understand their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I also collaborate closely with families, schools, and other support systems when appropriate to ensure a well-rounded approach to care. My goal is to help clients develop the tools they need to manage challenges effectively, build stronger relationships, and feel more confident in themselves and their abilities.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with children, teens, and adults who may be struggling with relationship challenges—whether at home, in school, or in other areas of life. Many of the people I support face difficulties such as behavior issues, low self-esteem, or feeling stuck when it comes to reaching their personal or academic goals. My goal is to provide a safe, understanding space where individuals can explore what’s been holding them back and begin to develop the confidence, skills, and self-awareness to move forward. Together, we work on building healthier relationships, improving communication, and fostering a stronger sense of self-worth so they can thrive in all areas of life.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Helps clients challenge recurring thoughts and manage their anxiety. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors interact with one another. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a more relaxed and less stressful life.

Supportive

Many people benefit from a steady and trusting relationship where they can feel heard and understood.
