New to Grow
I bring over 20 years of experience supporting individuals in private practice and working with young adults and their families in a healthcare setting. This background provides a broad perspective and deep understanding of the challenges people face across different stages of life. I specialize in working with adults, including young adults, using a strengths-based, client-centered approach. I tailor each session to your unique needs, creating a supportive, collaborative space where you can better understand your thoughts and emotions, build effective coping skills, and strengthen your sense of self. Together, we focus on practical strategies to manage stress and anxiety, improve relationships, and cultivate greater self-worth and self-trust. My goal is to help you gain insight, feel more confident and connected, and move toward a more balanced, fulfilling life—creating meaningful, lasting change. If you're feeling overwhelmed or navigating a specific challenge, you don’t have to do it alone.
In our first session, we’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, review your history, and explore your goals. This time also allows us to get to know one another and begin building a supportive, collaborative foundation for our work together.
With over 20 years of experience in private practice and a healthcare setting, I offer a broad perspective and deep understanding of the complexities people navigate. I take a strengths-based, client-centered approach, tailoring my work to each individual. I integrate evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness-based strategies, and elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support meaningful growth. What makes my approach unique is my ability to create a supportive, collaborative space where clients feel comfortable being themselves while gaining practical tools to move forward with confidence and create meaningful, lasting change.
I am best suited to support adults and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and stress management. I also work with individuals experiencing caregiver stress and those who identify as neurodiverse, offering a supportive and understanding space tailored to their unique needs. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, helping clients build resilience, develop coping strategies, and move toward meaningful, sustainable change.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. Together, we identify unhelpful thinking patterns and use reframing techniques to develop more balanced, supportive perspectives. I also incorporate mindfulness practices to increase present-moment awareness, helping clients respond more intentionally rather than react automatically.
Motivational Interviewing
I use motivational interviewing to help clients explore their own reasons for change in a supportive, nonjudgmental way. Through open-ended questions, reflective listening, and gentle guidance, I help clients identify their strengths, clarify their goals, and work through ambivalence. This collaborative approach empowers clients to make meaningful, self-directed changes at their own pace.
