New to Grow
Hello, and welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 18 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in a variety of behavioral health settings. My background includes outpatient therapy, crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, family support, and leadership within community mental health services. Throughout my career, I have worked extensively with anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, behavioral concerns, crisis situations, and life transitions. I am trained in trauma-informed approaches and I incorporate evidence-based practices such as CBT and DBT skills into treatment. Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you aren't alone! My goal is to help clients feel supported, understood, and equipped with tools to move toward healing, growth, and a more balanced life.
At your first session, I want to learn about you, about what's going on, and what you would like to gain from therapy.
I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. My approach is compassionate, practical, and tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.
I work with individuals who are seeking a supportive, validating space to process their experiences, manage symptoms, and build practical strategies for everyday life. I support clients who are looking to strengthen healthy coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and gain greater self-awareness and confidence in navigating personal challenges. My practice is especially well-suited for women and mothers who may feel overwhelmed by the demands of daily life, caregiving responsibilities, or changing family roles. I also provide support for women experiencing perinatal and postpartum challenges, offering compassionate care during pregnancy, early motherhood, and related life adjustments. I work with individuals navigating life and career transitions, including changes in employment, professional identity, work-related stress, and finding a healthier work-life balance. I also support adolescents and young adults adjusting to major developmental transitions such as high school, college, and early adulthood. In addition, I provide Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services and short-term, solution-focused support for individuals seeking brief interventions, stress management, and practical tools to address immediate concerns and improve overall functioning.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT to help clients recognize unhelpful thinking patterns and understand the connection between our thoughts and feelings. As we process those, we will also work to develop coping skills to support change. I also incorporate other types of treatment into session as needed.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
I incorporate DBT interventions to provide validation and help support clients in managing emotions, improve coping strategies, improve relationships, and support behavioral change.
