New to Grow
“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.” — Carl Rogers I believe so many of us already have the capacity to become our best selves, but something gets in the way. Past experiences, anxiety, patterns we’ve learned, or ways we’ve had to cope that no longer serve us. I work with children, teens, adults, and parents who feel stuck or held back in some way, and are ready to start understanding why. Together, we look at what’s underneath those patterns and begin to gently remove the things that are no longer helping you grow. My approach is warm, supportive, and real. I want you to feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are, while also helping you move forward in a way that feels more aligned and authentic to you. Therapy isn’t about becoming someone completely different. It’s about coming back to yourself, with more clarity, confidence, and the ability to move through life in a way that feels better. If you’re ready to step into that version of yourself, I’d love to connect.
Your first session is really about slowing down and getting to know you as a whole person, not just the struggles that brought you in. There’s no pressure to have the “right” words or a clear story. You can come exactly as you are. We’ll talk about what’s been weighing on you, what feels stuck, and what you’re hoping could feel different in your life. I’ll gently help you start to notice patterns, past experiences, or internal blocks that may be getting in the way of you feeling like your best self. More than anything, my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and not judged. From there, we’ll begin to build a path forward together, one that feels realistic, supportive, and actually aligned with who you are and who you’re becoming.
My greatest strength is creating a space where clients feel safe enough to be honest, open, and fully themselves. From that place, real change becomes possible. I integrate traditional therapeutic approaches with a deeper, more relational style, helping clients explore emotional patterns, early experiences, and the parts of themselves that may still be holding onto pain.
I work best with individuals who are navigating anxiety, relationship patterns, and the lasting impact of childhood or family dynamics. Many of my clients are beginning to recognize how their past shows up in their present and want to break those cycles. They are open to deeper self-exploration while also wanting practical support to feel more grounded, confident, and in control of their lives.

Supportive
My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply attuned to each individual. I believe the relationship itself is a key part of healing, so I focus on creating a space where clients feel seen, understood, and safe to explore what’s coming up for them.
Trauma Informed Care
I take a trauma-informed approach that focuses on both the mind and body. I help clients tune into physical sensations, build emotional awareness, and develop tools to feel more grounded and regulated. This work is paced carefully so clients feel safe, supported, and in control throughout the process.
