New to Grow
You Don't Have to Figure This Out Alone Life gets hard. Really hard. And when it does, most of us try to push through on our own — until we can't anymore. I get it. I've spent my career sitting with people in their hardest moments, and I know how much it matters to feel truly heard. That's what I'm here for. Getting older isn't easy — for you or for the people who love you. Whether you're facing a health crisis, losing your independence, or watching someone you love change before your eyes, the emotional weight can be overwhelming. I work with adults and families to help make sense of it all. Grief is its own kind of exhaustion. It doesn't follow a schedule, and it doesn't look the same for everyone. Whether you've lost a person, a role, a relationship, or the future you planned on— your loss is real, and it deserves real time and attention. I am a therapist and social worker with over 10 years experience working in oncology, palliative care and hospice. Some days you need someone to just listen. Other days you want straight talk and a plan. I am practical, down-to-earth, personal and kind. Taking that first step to reach out takes courage. If any of this sounds like what you've been looking for, I'd love to hear from you. I invite you to give me a call for a free 15-minute consultation. We can talk about your needs and how I can help.
In our first session, I like to get to get to know you and establish what you would most like to focus on in our time together.
I am able to be deeply present with you. My clients have said they feel deeply validated and seen by me.
I love working with adults navigating serious illness, or those who are caring for loved ones navigating serious illness. I am continually impressed by how serious illness can assist us to dig deep and discover what is most profound within us. I am able to be deeply present with my clients and to be a witness to your journey, and see what arises within you as your next step.
