Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, and I’m glad you’re here. I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, family conflict, and life transitions. I am especially passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and autism, as well as culturally diverse clients navigating identity, family dynamics, belonging, and the pressure of balancing multiple roles and expectations. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, understood, and empowered as we work together to build practical tools, strengthen relationships, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first session is a space for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about your current concerns, goals, and any important background that may help guide our work together. You do not need to have everything figured out; just come as you are. My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive environment where you feel heard, respected, and at ease as we begin taking steps toward meaningful change.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths are creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. I bring a collaborative, culturally responsive approach that honors each person’s unique identity, values, and lived experiences. I am especially skilled at helping clients navigate complex family and relationship dynamics, improve communication, and build emotional regulation skills. My work focuses on practical, meaningful tools that support real and lasting change in daily life.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am best positioned to support children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, family conflict, and life transitions. I work especially well with neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and autism, and families seeking support with emotional regulation, communication, and parenting. I am also passionate about working with culturally diverse clients who are navigating identity, cultural expectations, belonging, and the balance of multiple roles and responsibilities. I work best with clients who are open to reflection and motivated to build practical skills that support growth, healing, and improved well-being.

My treatment methods

Attachment-based

I use an attachment-based approach to help clients understand how early relationships shape emotional patterns, relationships, and responses to stress.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we identify unhelpful thinking patterns, build practical coping skills, and develop new ways of responding to stress, anxiety, and everyday challenges. My approach is collaborative, structured, and focused on creating meaningful, lasting change.

Couples Counseling

I support couples in strengthening communication, rebuilding trust, and deepening their connection. Together, we explore patterns that may be creating distance or conflict and work toward healthier, more intentional ways of relating. I create a safe, balanced space where both partners feel heard, understood, and supported.

Culturally Sensitive Therapy

I take a culturally sensitive approach to therapy, honoring how culture, identity, and lived experiences shape each person’s story. I support clients in exploring the impact of race, family dynamics, and cultural expectations while creating a space where they feel seen, respected, and understood.

Parent-Child Interaction (PCIT)

I use Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) to help strengthen the relationship between children and their caregivers while improving behavior and emotional regulation. I support caregivers in building practical, effective parenting strategies and creating a more connected, consistent, and supportive environment at home.
