New to Grow
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and my goal is to make that process feel as comfortable and supportive as possible. I strive to create a space where you can show up as your full self without judgment. I use approaches like CBT, person-centered, and strengths-based therapy to help you better understand your thoughts, build healthy coping skills, and navigate life’s challenges. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel more confident, grounded, and aligned with the life you want.
Your first session is all about getting to know you and making sure you feel comfortable. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, any concerns or goals you may have, and go at a pace that feels right for you. There’s no pressure to share everything at once—this is your space. I’ll also answer any questions you have so you can feel more at ease and confident moving forward.
My greatest strength is my ability to connect with clients in a real and authentic way. I create a space where you can feel safe, understood, and not judged, while also being gently challenged to grow. What makes me stand out is my balance of warmth and directness—I’m here to support you, but also to help you gain insight, shift unhelpful patterns, and move toward the version of yourself you’re working to become.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
In our work together, I’ll use CBT to help you better understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected, and gently support you in challenging patterns that may be holding you back. In a safe and collaborative space, we’ll build insight, strengthen coping skills, and work toward meaningful, lasting change that supports your overall well-being.
Person-centered (Rogerian)
Using a person-centered approach, I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel truly heard and accepted. I’ll meet you where you are, encourage open exploration of your thoughts and feelings, and support you in trusting your own strengths as you work toward growth and healing.
Strength-Based
The strengths-based approach allows us to focus on what you’re already doing well and the resilience you bring to your experiences. Together, we’ll build on those strengths, explore how they can support you through challenges, and empower you to move forward in a way that feels authentic and meaningful.
