(she/her)
When everything feels like it’s piling up, having a space that feels steady and supportive can be a relief. I show up with warmth, calm energy, and genuine curiosity. Clients often describe me as someone who listens closely, helps them feel understood, and brings clarity without judgment. I’m practical and down-to-earth, but gentle in how I guide the work. I value honesty, balance, and helping people reconnect with who they are beneath the stress. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, seen, and able to move at a pace that feels right for you.
Our first session is a chance to exhale and show up exactly as you are. You don’t have to come in with the right words or have everything sorted out. You’re welcome to arrive exactly where you are emotionally and mentally. We’ll talk through what’s been weighing on you and what you’d like to feel or experience instead. By the end, you’ll have a clearer sense of direction and a few grounded tools you can start using right away. My intention is for you to leave feeling understood, supported, and encouraged about what comes next.
I bring a calm, steady presence to therapy and work hard to create a space where it feels safe to be honest about what you're experiencing. My strengths include listening with intention, noticing what’s underneath the surface, and helping clients make sense of their thoughts and emotions. I use evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, mindfulness strategies, and strengths-focused work, applying them in a way that feels useful and grounded in your real life. I frequently work with clients navigating anxiety, burnout, life changes, and emotional overwhelm. I’m skilled at helping people slow down, untangle what feels confusing or heavy, and move toward a clearer, more manageable next step.
I work best with adults who appear high-functioning but are navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are used to being the strong one for others while neglecting their own needs. They are ready to gain clarity, set healthier boundaries, improve emotional regulation, and better understand themselves. Even if they feel uncertain, they are open to doing the deeper, more intentional work needed to create lasting and meaningful change.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
I use DBT to help clients better understand and manage their emotions, build healthier relationships, and cope with stress more effectively. In our work together, we focus on practical skills like staying present, setting boundaries, and balancing acceptance with making positive changes. My goal is to provide a supportive space where clients can learn tools and grow at their own pace.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT to help clients understand how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. Together, we identify unhelpful patterns and develop healthier ways of thinking and responding. This approach focuses on building awareness, strengthening coping skills, and creating lasting changes that support clients in feeling more in control of their lives.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
My approach uses mindfulness to help clients slow down, stay present, and increase awareness of their thoughts and emotions without judgment. In sessions, we may practice simple techniques such as breathing, grounding, or guided reflection to help manage stress, improve focus, and build a greater sense of calm and balance in daily life.
