(she/her)
Hi! My name is Elizibeth and I am a licensed social worker of 9 years. I am passionate about empowering children, families, and adults with a strengths-based and holistic approach. Specializing in trauma, ADHD, anxiety, mood disorders, and autism, I meet clients where they are, using evidence-based modalities like ACT, motivational interviewing, and psychoeducation. I am dedicated to fostering resilience and growth through a person-in-environment lens. Let's work together to build a brighter path forward.
My approach includes a strength based perspective as well as person in environment so I will meet you where you are at! During first sessions we go through background history and childhood history as well as getting to know one another and building rapport.
My greatest strengths are that I have numerous settings of experience including private practice, addiction, school setting, children and adolescents, and families.
I’m best positioned to serve individuals who are navigating trauma, major life stressors, and difficult transitions. Whether you’re processing past experiences, adjusting to unexpected changes, or feeling overwhelmed by the demands of everyday life, I provide a supportive and compassionate space to help you heal, gain clarity, and move forward with greater confidence. I work collaboratively with clients to build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and foster meaningful personal growth at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
