(she/her)
Hello, I'm Michele . I specialize in supporting individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and relationship challenges. My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I believe that everyone has the capacity to heal and grow, even in the face of pain or uncertainty. In our work together, I aim to provide a safe and supportive space where you can better understand your thoughts and emotions, build healthier patterns, and reconnect with your sense of purpose and resilience. My goal is to help you feel more empowered, grounded, and connected—in your relationship with yourself and with others.
“In our first session, my focus is on getting to know you and understanding what brought you to therapy. We'll talk about the challenges you're facing, what you hope to get out of therapy, and any questions or concerns you have about the process. It’s a chance for us to begin building a connection and for you to get a feel for how I work. There’s no pressure to share everything at once — we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported from the very beginning.”
“One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is helping clients feel seen and understood while also guiding them toward practical, meaningful change. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which focuses on the connection between our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we’ll identify unhelpful thought patterns and develop healthier ways of thinking and coping. What often stands out in my work is the balance between compassion and structure. I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space while also offering tools and strategies you can use in daily life. Many of my clients appreciate that our work is both emotionally validating and goal-oriented — helping them move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience.”
“I work best with individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, or challenges in their relationships. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. Whether you're dealing with the weight of a recent loss, struggling with ongoing emotional pain, or looking to create healthier patterns in your relationships, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space for you to explore, heal, and grow.”
