Hi there. I'm a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) who has been practicing the last 20 years. I truly believe everyone can benefit from therapy and consider this work impactful to all. Beginning this journey is no easy feat as it's never easy to acknowledge or ask for help. I consider myself lucky to be the one to help you through your toughest moments and guide you to a path of mental well being. You having the opportunity to be your best self and living your best life is my ultimate goal.
Clients can expect to find an upfront and honest partner in their journey. They can be assured that just by taking this first step it shows their commitment to wanting to feel and do better.
I feel my compassion and empathy for my clients during their time of difficulty and or need are highlighted strengths. I offer these with a healthy balance of accountability, directness and genuine care.
I truly enjoy helping women to find themselves again, become secure or find ways to be less emotionally reactive. Finding yourself at any age in life is an important step in being the best version of yourself. If you've had a bad break up, feel stuck in an unhealthy relationship or don't even know what makes you happy anymore, lets get to work!

As someone who struggles to open up to even my closest friends, Lyndsey has really been a game-changing therapist. She's wonderful, funny, down-to-earth, and never hesitates to tell you what you need to hear. I've definitely grown for the better since starting working with her.

Cuts through all the fake sappy stuff and gets to the root of the problem. Highly intuitive.

Lyndsey has a very straight forward approach to therapy. I think if you're looking to address overarching themes (i.e. anxiety, trust issues, depression, etc.) she is great for developing immediate action steps to help with whatever you're struggling with. Not someone to talk through everyday challenges and process them. I appreciated her candor in sharing about herself, although sometimes felt she wasn't paying attention to me or disinterested in what I was saying.
