Hello! I am Amy White, a Licensed Clinical Social Work. I received my degree from University of Texas at Arlington and have worked in the field for 11 years. I have had my private practice for five years. I strive to foster a safe environment to discuss any/all topics that will help my clients achieve an even happier and healthier life.

I specialize in helping people heal from trauma and learn how to love/realize themselves, which entails cultivating healthier relationships, less anxiety and more purpose in their life’s journey. My goal is to help you live life from a place of whole-hearted connection to your world. I am a LCSW (licensed clinical social worker), a Veteran, an adoptive mother, a professor, a daughter, a sister, a community activist, LGBTQIA+ Activist, a nurturer, an empath and and advocate for the voiceless. I am also a survivor of many autrocities that this world has had to offer - but I survived and proudly help others climb out of the mental muck and mire that I used to call home.

My name is Erin Mendoza. I received my Master's Degree in Professional Counseling in 2007 from Texas State University in San Marcos, Tx. I have been providing counseling services since 2007. I am a trauma-informed provider and since 2001 I have worked with families that have experienced trauma. I have extensive experience working with people who are struggling with life changes, anxiety, depression, anger, parenting challenges and trauma.
