*Currently NOT accepting couples* Hello, my name is William. I have been in the field for nearly 10 years now. I have worked in a variety of positions from Hospital settings to inpatient, to group/couples work, and the standard individual sessions. I am a sex-positive therapist who works with a wide range of issues. I work using a combination of short and long-term goals. However, I only work with 18+ year old clients. I'm not sure what exactly brought you here, but I can guess it has something to do with seeking a positive change. Perhaps this is your first-time trying therapy or you are well versed in the process. No matter the reason or experience level I would like to offer you a safe space to let those feelings out and share them in a nonjudgmental space.

Hello. My name is Christian Cruz-Ayala. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. I have been in the helping profession for over 7 years. This is a journey that has been personally and professionally rewarding. It has much growth to me as an individual in my personal life as well as in my professional life. I graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Psychology and Sociology. I then pursue a Masters in Counseling at Webster University. I have gained experience working in a crisis unit, working in inpatient substance abuse treatment. I then gain employment at a local methadone clinic where I was able to provide counseling services to individuals with an opiate addiction. Later on I began my journey in working with children, adolescents/teenagers, young adults and parents, which has now become my passion.

As a therapist, I'm interested in helping you get curious about all parts of yourself, challenge rigid thinking, and hold more space for nuance. I especially enjoy working with people as they work to: create healthy, reciprocal relationships, overcome perfectionism and people-pleasing patterns, and navigate life and career transitions. I am here to do my best to understand you and to help you clarify what your growth and healing will look like.

Are you looking for creative ways to heal and grow in your sense of self? Is finding a more authentic sense of identity in community with others something you're seeking? I use art therapy as a main point of working with LGBTQIA+ teens, young adults, and adults in my practice to increase competence in being able to connect and sit with emotions, communicate with others and understand the multiple parts of who we are when living and engaging with the world around us. As an art therapist, I focus on using a range of art materials and movement to invite expression and emotional release. Often, artmaking can tap into alternative ways of releasing the emotional weight we carry in our physical selves. In our sessions, we will explore what works with your most authentic way of self expression in order to work towards your goals!

Hi All, My name is Linda, and I have a deep passion for helping folks grow to the heights they want to achieve. I have been a therapist for years, and have spent a great deal of time helping those who have experienced trauma. I love working with people and have a special place in my heart for the Arts and Music. For many years I owned a woodcraft and ceramic business and continue to keep crafts close to me. I also love music and love to play the organ, piano, and guitar. I was a non-traditional student and received my bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology in 1996 from East Stroudsburg University, then raised my own three children for a while. I returned to school and completed my master's degree in Social Work in 2020 from Capella University. I currently hold an LCSW in PA. I have taken many additional trainings in Trauma-informed counseling, DBT, EMDR, and of course crafts/painting. Helping folks care for themselves is extremely important in life’s struggles, and sharing the heart's desires helps us all navigate the world. It is with great anticipation that I get to know the uniqueness of you in a holistic environment where we can work on reaching the heights of your passion. I hope all my folks find me supportive and comforting on their journey in life. We can do this! See you soon!
