Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Florida. I am licensed in several states including Florida, Kansas, Colorado, Missouri, Arkansas, Tennessee and Nevada. I received my Masters from the University of Kansas and have been practicing for 20 years. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem and confidence, & depression. I have taught college classes in psychology, which gives me a unique perspective in understand why we behave the way we behave. I love the brain and try explain some of our behaviors based on what I have learned about the mind and how it works.
