My therapeutic style is warm, direct, and collaborative and my clinical specialties include assisting in adjusting to major life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression, communication difficulties, shame, discrimination and more.

I am a licensed clinical social worker and clinical hypnotherapist specializing in life success for all ages. The more you look into the darkness, the lighter it becomes. This is my life statement. I have seen the darkest times, and the worst of times, and have experienced personal failures in life. When I speak with clients it is from a place of empathy, understanding, compassion, and non-judgment. No one promised this life of ours would be easy, but I can promise to serve you as you work towards healing yourself. I believe that you are the expert yourself, and I am just a guide here to show you some of the tools, skills, and therapeutic approaches I have acquired.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been in the Social Services field for over 14 years. I have had the pleasure of working with various populations and clients of various backgrounds.
