I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wheaton College and have been in the therapy field for the last 9 years. I work with Children, Adolescents and Adults as well as families and specialize in treating Anxiety and Depression, Trauma, Mood/ Behavior, and Family Systems work. I most commonly use Narrative Therapy, ACT and Trauma Informed- CBT approaches with my clients as well as Art and Play Therapy. I take an individualized approach with each client or family, and strongly believe in forming a strong base of trust and transparency with all of my clients. I approach therapy from a place of sincerity and compassion, believing all clients have unique gifts and strengths.
