Welcome! I'm Bianke Gadsden, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for helping individuals overcome the shadows of depression and anxiety. My journey in mental health has led me to specialize in two distinct areas: supporting young adults navigating the complex terrain of PTSD rooted in childhood trauma and supporting those who face major life adjustments due to medical/physical disabilities or the challenges of aging. As a seasoned clinician I bring empathy, understanding, and evidence-based interventions to the therapy room. My mission is to provide a safe and non-judgemental space for individuals struggling with the impact of childhood trauma (or) complex PTSD, that often results in feelings of depression and anxiety. My commitment extends to those facing life-altering changes brought about by medical conditions or the aging process.

I am passionate about helping people develop their inner strength and resiliency whether you are an individual or couple who needs counseling. My experience covers the life span, from young children to adults of any age. I can help with a wide range of needs including trauma, attention deficit hyperactive disorder (ADHD/ADD), anxiety, depression, addiction and recovery, as well as family and life transitions. My expertise in child-parent attachment, relationship therapy, and positive parenting skills can help you support and strengthen the important relationships in your life.

Tracy Cirelli is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over 25 years of experience within the field of psychotherapy. I serve various adult and geriatric populations from all walks of life. I specialize in the treatment of; trauma recovery, PTSD, anxiety, depression, chronic stress, grief and loss, substance abuse/addiction, relationship and life transition difficulties, chronic mental illness and co-occurring disorders. I believe that my clients are distinct individuals whom each bring their unique problems and challenges to the therapy setting, therefore I customize specific therapy interventions to the individual needs of each client. My interventions may include; Solutions Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Socratic Questioning, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma Resolution and Strategic Relapse Prevention. I am passionate about developing a collaborative working relationship with my clients, assisting them in identifying their strengths and goals, and providing the guidance and tools necessary for them to live their best life. Furthermore, I am highly sensitive to the concerns and apprehensions of the clients new to the therapy process. In my spare time I spending time with family and pets, enjoying the outdoors, hiking, kayaking and road tripping and exploring the beaches of Sunny Florida.
