I have worked with an array of issues not limited to family conflict, relationship issues, communication, drugs and alcohol, anger, stress, coping skills and many other life issues. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a modality that I primarily work with and at times borrows from other modalities when it is fit. My goal is to build a real, raw and positive relationship while being compassionate and empathetic. I will be sensitive but also direct in my efforts to help you find solutions to your current and/or past issues. I also believe that incorporating the use of coping skills, boundaries and communication will increase the quality of life as well as the quality of relationships.
