I am a licensed professional mental health therapist. I love my job and am passionate about helping individuals and families navigate through obstacles and difficulties they are facing. I help clients relate their thoughts, feelings, and actions and empower them to make positive choices to reach their highest potential. I work from a strengths-based perspective and encourage clients to play an active role in their own treatment. I utilize a holistic approach to therapy, pulling from various approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and client-centered therapy.

I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from West Chester University and find fulfillment and enjoyment in working with college students and other adults seeking to improve areas of their lives. I have earned a certification in DBT but also utilize CBT, Mindfulness, ACT, and strengths-based modalities. When I am not with clients, I am reading, riding my bike, and hanging with my dog.
