I earned my Ph.D in Counseling Psychology from the University of Maryland, College Park and have over 20 years of experience providing therapy Directing mental health programs, teaching and consulting. When not helping individuals adjust to the inherent stress that the transition of life bring; I enjoy cooking Asian and Indian inspired foods, golfing, hiking, swimming, or just watching some good-ole t.v.
