Hi there, I'm Brittany. Do you often feel on edge, trying to navigate healing from past traumatic experiences while also keeping up with the task of day-to-day living? I help individuals, and families grow, reconnect, and heal from past traumatic experiences so they can start thriving, and reconnect with themselves again.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
I believe in the power of connection and repair in relationships as the foundation of healing. Together we will work on identifying feelings of safety to help you reconnect, repair and start healing. Together we will identify triggers and find ways for you to reframe and challenge troublesome thoughts as well as find ways to calm your nervous system so you can feel better.
What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
Whether you are struggling with cycles of anxiety/depression, feeling overwhelmed, trouble in relationships with a connection, I am here to help and join you on your journey. You deserve a safe place to heal and grow. In our sessions together I'll meet you where you are with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome these challenges and get to feeling better
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
I have spent several years working with children and families to navigate the challenges of generational trauma, acute trauma and how it impacts our feeling of connection and safety.I work with individuals learning how to navigate healthy relationships in today's fast-paced world. I work with individuals and families on identifying triggers and self-soothing through Somatic exercises to increase internal feelings of safety connection and pave the way for increasing positive connections in their social relationships. I look forward to being part of your journey to feeling better!
