I believe that every person who seeks counseling has their own answers to their unique situations and my role is to facilitate finding those answers. My style is relational and collaborative, respecting your pace and autonomy in therapy. I have 20 years of experience and specialize in anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, phase of life issues, end of life, grief and loss, advanced chronic illness, palliative care, peer relationships, coping skills, stress identification and reduction, and women's issues. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In our first session we will engage in brief introductions, review history as well as presenting issues, and formulate a treatment plan that will best meet your needs.

One of my biggest strengths is my ability to listen without judgement while building relationships of mutual respect and trust. I thoroughly enjoy working with adults and clients 65 and older.
