Hello! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) in Georgia. I received my Masters from Georgia Southern University in Counselor Education and have been practicing for 8 years. I've helped individuals across the age spectrum (teens, adults, older adults) in navigating life's challenges while helping them accomplish their goals whether they are personal, social, or professional. I wholeheartedly believe the therapeutic process is a necessary step in personal development.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session, the goal is to examine your reasoning for therapy while exploring and processing these challenges. In doing so, it provides me the best opportunity to identify your needs and implement appropriate therapeutic interventions which creates the pathway for success.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My experience in working within psychiatric hospitals, outpatient centers, schools, and community agencies has allowed me to support individuals who experience mild to severe symptoms. Based upon my experiences, I've developed the capacity to individualize my treatment approaches to what best serves the client.
