Hi! I'm Erin. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 8 years of experience in the mental health field. I utilize a goal-oriented, strengths based approach to empower clients and help them cope with change, stress, worry, hopelessness, and symptoms of trauma, anxiety, and depression. We will work together to set personalized, attainable goals for your needs. My goal is for you to feel comfortable with the process of therapy, and to feel acknowledged and understood. I will create a safe environment for you to share your experiences and take meaningful action that will help you to make positive changes in your life. I aim to help you gain self-awareness and clarity and to provide you with strategies and techniques to build on your strengths to foster healing and inner growth.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I provide a safe and non-judgmental space where we can explore what is going on in your life and work together to determine how to move forward. My treatment approach is tailored to each client's needs and includes techniques and strategies from various evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness therapy, and Solution-focused Brief Therapy. I am happy to meet with you to help identify issues, problem solve, develop strengths, and provide support.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I truly enjoy learning about my clients and getting to know them to build a healthy therapeutic relationship. I genuinely want to understand my clients and be able to earn their trust in order to assist them in reaching their goals. I have worked with many different populations and I have extensive experience in working with clients with addiction.
