What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session can be intimidating as you are meeting a stranger - a therapist - with whom you expect to talk about vulnerable things in your life. That can be understandably hard. I strive to help you be comfortable by caring, warm and open approach from the very beginning.

As a therapist I thrive to be an excellent listener and focus on your goals and your values. I am warm and compassionate and direct when needed.
