Are you feeling overwhelmed by life situations, and need support with putting things into perspective? Are there marriage or relationship concerns that have you questioning the future? Have you struggled with chronic mental health, and feel like you just haven’t found the right therapist to help? Is your anxiety through the roof, but you find it difficult to stop the mental tsunami that won’t let you rest? Finding it hard lately to get motivated, and don’t know why? I don’t pretend to be the resolver of problems, but I can be there to support and offer guidance as you travel down your unique path to healing and recovery. I inspire healing by offering a safe and uninhibited space that encourages the processing of internal traumas or thought processes that are preventing a sense of fulfillment, mental balance, or overall well-being. I am committed to supporting each client with becoming their “authentic selves.” I recognize how difficult reaching out for help can be, so I'll be here when you’re ready.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I consider the first session an opportunity for me to learn your story. I encourage this by engaging in open dialogue around current and historical events which have caused the need for therapy.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strength is my ability to connect with clients on a fundamental level by meeting them where they are, and encouraging them to be proactive drivers in their own healing journey.

My treatment methods

Person-centered (Rogerian)

I consider all of my clients to be the experts of their own lived experiences. I encourage clients to take an active role in their own healing journey by letting them know that I am here to support them in the process, while motivating them to keep moving forward.

Attachment-based

I support clients with exploring their childhood to understand how current behaviors specifically within the context of relationships may be resulted from early life experiences.
