Our first session will be focused on gathering a history of their current problems/concerns and beginning to develop goals for therapy.
What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
I offer talk therapy and utilize active listening, coping skills training, solution-focused approach and elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
I strive to help clients feel comfortable beginning the process of therapy. I want all clients to feel like they have a safe space to open up and share their current struggles.
