I focus on the whole person and use a variety of evidence-based practices to help my clients explore the relationship between their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and the physical, spiritual, and mental/emotional connection. I understand that every person is unique, and I always put the clients' needs first. My sessions are structured around the clients' specific goals and concerns, and I create a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings.
