I have been providing holistic care and support to individuals facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, life stress, and adjustment disorders. As a Christian therapist, I also offer spiritual support to those who seek it, integrating faith-based perspectives into therapy sessions as desired by the client. I understand the importance of addressing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—in the therapeutic journey.

Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from California. I received my Masters Degree from San Diego State University and have been practicing for nineteen years. I help children, adolescents, and young adults who struggle with trauma and anxiety to process feelings about traumatic events and learn to prioritize self-care, be patient with themselves, and find ways to enjoy life again.

I have worked in the mental health field for 18 years helping people to discover the best and highest expression of themselves once they are free from destructive hurts, habits and hang-ups. I have a Bachelor's in Psychology, Master's in Social Work, Masters in Christian Counseling and a Doctorate in Theology. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Life Coach, and Drug/Alcohol Counselor.
