Do you wonder if your life could feel better than it currently does? I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, including postpartum anxiety and depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, and other life challenges. In this therapeutic process, we work together to help bring you closer to what truly matters to you and help create change and healing in your life. I use a variety of evidence-based techniques and also use a mind-body approach to help you discover what you need on your healing journey. Therapy can help you create a sense of safety and nurturing within, whether you’ve lost that feeling along the way or never had it to begin with. I strongly believe in the brain’s tendency towards resilience and its innate ability to heal itself with support. I strive to provide a safe, supportive, open-minded, and respectful environment, and I believe that a collaborative relationship is critical to therapeutic success. Let’s work together to help you find the healing you are craving.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, I will strive to make the session feel like a safe space where you can start to share about yourself with me. I will be asking you questions based on your intake that you filled in, and I will want to find out more about what is bringing you to therapy so we can start the therapeutic process.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Creating a safe space for clients to share and to feel heard and seen. To be a guide for the client to help them discover insights that they may be struggling to see, and often these insights can help bring more healing and change when someone is feeling stuck.
